Dink the Halls - Doubles Pickleball Tournament
Get into the holiday spirit with The Picklr’s signature holiday tournament, Dink the Halls, a fun, fast-paced pickleball event perfect for a little friendly competition. This fixed-partner tournament features round-robin pool play followed by a single-elimination bracket, all organized by skill level and gender divisions. While games aren’t DUPR reported, there are bragging rights (and medals) on the line.
Participants must register with a partner through The Picklr app. If you don’t already have a partner, stop by the front desk and the Picklr team will help try to pair you up. Be sure to include your partner’s name in the registration notes.
Event Schedule:
• Women’s Division: 8:00–11:00 AM
• Men’s Division: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Mixed Division: 2:00–5:00 PM
It’s a festive way to stay active, connect with the community, and enjoy some holiday competition.
Breakfast with Santa
Celebrate the season with a free breakfast with Santa, filled with holiday music, festive fun, and sweet family moments. A professional photographer will be on-site to capture a photo of your child with Santa, and you’re also welcome to bring your own camera to snap a few memories.
This event is open to all ages, with children accompanied by an adult. Space is limited to 500 participants, and registration is required, opening Monday, December 2nd at 10:00 AM.
Breakfast is provided free of charge, thanks to our generous sponsors: Uncle Fred’s Catering and DazBog – North. It’s a wonderful way to start the day and make lasting holiday memories together.
Evenings at the Mansion
The Mansion is extending its hours this season to highlight the beauty of its annual Christmas exhibit, Tinsel Through Time. Guests are invited to enjoy the display after dark, with the site open until 7 PM, offering a special chance to see the mansion glowing with holiday lights.
It’s a lovely way to slow down, take in the history, and experience a little extra holiday magic right here in Cheyenne.

Bring a little extra holiday cheer to your season with a fun, festive visit to the Old West Museum. Enjoy sweet moments with Santa, warm up with hot cocoa and cookies, and get creative with holiday crafts designed to delight all ages.

Santa is making a special stop at the Paul Smith Children’s Village, for one night only! Bring the kids for a sweet mix of smiles, shy moments, and those classic holiday photo memories. It’s a magical chance to share your wish lists and soak in a little seasonal joy right here in Cheyenne.
Wyoming State Archives Evening Speaker Series
Join the Wyoming State Archives on the second Thursday of each month at 7 PM for a special look into the people, places, and moments that shaped Wyoming. Each session features a new presentation and a chance to learn something fascinating about our state’s history.
You can attend in person or online, making it easy to join from wherever you are. Online access does require registration, so be sure to sign up in advance if you’re tuning in from home.
Celebrate Wyoming Day and 156 Years of Women’s Suffrage
Join us at the Wyoming Capitol to celebrate Wyoming Day and the 156th anniversary of the Women’s Suffrage Act — a milestone that helped shape the Equality State. This special event is part of Wyoming’s preparations for America’s 250th anniversary and honors the people who fought for women’s right to vote and serve in public office.
Presentations will be held in the Historic Supreme Court, the very room where Wyoming’s constitutional convention enshrined suffrage into our state’s Constitution. It’s a meaningful moment to reflect, learn, and celebrate together.
The event is free and open to everyone, and it’s a beautiful way to connect with our community and our history.

This event is totally free, but you do need to register ahead of time so everyone can enjoy a relaxed, comfortable experience.

“Hands-On” Introduction to Stained Glass – Christmas Edition
Artist Barb Christofferson of Glass Works Stained Glass Studio of Cheyenne will teach participants how to cut, grind, foil, and solder components of their suncatcher during this three-hour workshop. Band-aides are included, along with other tools, materials, and instructions. And you’ll depart with a finished suncatcher that YOU made! A Saturday in November can’t be spent any better. Ages 12 and up are eligible for this workshop, and registration is necessary in advance.

Winter Rose Zentangle
In this class, you will learn how to put together a beautiful paper rose. We’ll tangle each petal as we create a unique stem or two (or three!). Bring your basic pair of tangle supplies-micron pen, pencil, and shading stump-if you have them. Also, a good pair of paper-cutting scissors would be helpful to take along. The paper and other misc. Supplies we’ll be using will be provided, and we’ll have the basic supplies needed for your use. Since this class is on the longer side, feel free to bring a snack to share with the group. Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.
Meet the Maker: Patrick Zabel — Sculpting the Spirit of the West
Join us for a special Meet the Maker After Hours event at The Cowboy Emporium, featuring acclaimed Western sculptor Patrick Zabel — a fifth-generation Coloradan whose life and work capture the living heart of the American West. At this exclusive after-hours event, guests will have the rare opportunity to meet Patrick in person as he puts the final touches on a grand new sculpture — a major work to be unveiled for the first time that evening. Patrons will be able to pre-order limited edition casts of this piece before it’s released to the public.

Come join our guest Baker Lori, as she shows you, hands-on, not to be afraid of making sourdough!
This fun and interactive class will give you the foundation for making classic sourdough bread while also showing you how to step on the wild side and make Jalapeño/Cheddar or Cinnamon raisin or any other add ins you might find delicious!
By the end of the class you will have a loaf to take home to bake , a starter for future loaves, written directions that we will cover step by step in class, and the confidence to actually do it!
