Fall Foliage Walk and Picnic at the Arboretum
We will walk through the arboretum as Jessica Friis points out the trees and shrubs with stunning fall color and end with a picnic in the lath house. No tables are available, so please bring a chair or blanket. Bring your own lunch; dessert will be provided. Meet at the lath house of the High Plains Arboretum, 8601 Hildreth Road.

The Event Center at Archer is the place to be for all of your Fall Halloween fun! Shop from over 100 local vendors and small businesses. Bring the kids in costume for a fun and interactive 4H showcase, free balloon twisting and face painting. Meet animals, learn about different 4H programs, play games and enjoy trick or treating at the different stations and throughout the arena with participating vendors! The Cheyenne Shriners will be on site with the Fez and their bucket raffles and delicious snacks and meals will be available in the concession area.
This FREE family friendly event now includes a raffle for adults. Spend $10 or more with any of our amazing local craftspeople or small businesses and receive an entry into our prize raffle (must be 18 or older to win). Raffle prizes will include a $250 gift certificate to King Soopers and other amazing gifts- stay tuned for details!

Wyoming Rodeo Association Finals
Celebrating 56 years of rodeo. Join the Wyoming Rodeo Association for their finals. September 19 and 20 under the lights at the Laramie County Fairgrounds Rodeo Arena. Fast paced action as the best of the best from a summer of rodeo compete for the championship buckles. Gates open at 5pm, the rodeo begins at 7pm.

Kyle Kinane
Kyle Kinane is a comedian from Addison, Illinois. As a comedian, he has been seen on Conan, The Tonight Show, Netflix’s “The Standups,” and three of his own hour-length specials on Comedy Central. As an actor, he’s been in the Judd Apatow series “Love” and truTV’s “Those Who Can’t.” He was also on “Drunk History,” where he unfortunately wasn’t acting. As a voice over actor, he was the former voice of Comedy Central for 8 years and currently plays Bullet on the Netflix series “Paradise PD.”

Constitution Day: Honoring the Constitution and Wyoming’s Place in its Story
Part of the state’s preparations for America’s 250th anniversary, the event will honor the U.S. Constitution and highlight Wyoming’s significant role in constitutional history.
The program will include a welcome from Nathan Doerr, Capitol Curator, Opening remarks by Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Kari Gray, and Remarks by Governor Mark Gordon.
Following the program, guests are invited to a light reception and to visit a new interactive kiosk located in the Capitol’s Historic Supreme Court Chamber. This innovative exhibit allows visitors to explore the Wyoming Constitution and discover the revolutionary aspects that made it unique. The kiosk encourages visitors to explore featured amendments, compare Wyoming’s constitution to those of other states and the US Constitution, and even flip through a digital copy of the 1889 handwritten document page by page.
All are welcome to join in celebrating the U.S. Constitution and exploring Wyoming's enduring contributions to its own unique constitutional legacy.

Pickleball Coed Rotating Partner Round Robin League
This coed (mixed gender) league will be a rotational partner format so you do not have to sign up with a partner. The league will be run as a rotating partner round robin. Each player will play a game with and against different players each week.
The league will run for 6 weeks but because it is a rotating partner, round robin format you do not have to commit to playing every week. Players will sign up for whatever weeks they can participate so we'll have different players and number of players each week. This league is open to all levels of players and is designed to be fun and recreational competition. This league will NOT be a DUPR regulated or reported competition. If possible, players will be divided weekly according to skill level.
We'll try to place 4 players per court and play 6 rounds per week.

Touch a Truck
Simon is hosting a Touch a Truck event on the Cheyenne Frontier Days Parking Lot off of 8th Avenue (West side of the Stadium) in Cheyenne, WY. Climb in and see construction equipment up close! There will be bounce houses, kids activities, and food trucks on site. With FREE admission, everyone is invited so bring your friends and family! This is a unique, family experience that you won’t want to miss. For safety, please wear socks and closed-toed shoes. We’ll see you there!
